Return Products
Right of return 14 days. Returns only if the packaging is unbroken and the product is not used. Return shipping is paid by the customer. In order for the return to be valid, the customer must send a copy a copy of the invoice.
Withdrawal courses
If canceled earlier than 60 days before coach training and workshop, only a cancellation fee of 50 USD will be charged. Between 60 and 11 days before the training date 30% of the total amount will be charged on cancellation. From 10 days to the training session, the full amount will be charged. In case of illness and presentation of medical certificate, the booked date of training may be changed to a new date in agreement with Lifebalance AB, owner of th Soulbalancemethod.
For coaching, cancellation must take place no later than 48 hours before the coaching session. Cancellation later than 48 hours before the coaching event is charged with the full amount. In case of illness and presentation of medical certificate, the booked coaching date may be changed to a new date in agreement with Lifebalance AB, owner of the Soulbalancemethod.
You who order must be at least 16 years old to purchase products.
Error in publishing
We reserve the right to retroactively correct incorrect prices, product texts and images printed / incorrectly printed on our website. We will of course contact the customer if any errors have occurred, and the customer then reserves the right to full refund.
